How we use it
Orders and support
We use order and contact details to prepare purchases, arrange delivery, answer requests and resolve issues.
Security and records
We retain records as needed for site security, order handling and applicable accounting or legal obligations.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential HTTP-only cookies identify your checkout session. The cart, chosen currency and destination can be saved in local browser storage. These features support checkout and do not store a crypto wallet’s private keys.
We use GoatCounter for cookie-free visitor statistics. See Website analytics below.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing where applicable. Some order records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons.
We use reasonable access controls and secure session cookies. No system can promise absolute security; contact us if you suspect an issue involving your order or personal data.
Questions about your data?
We’ll respond to privacy requests and explain what information we hold.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we use your email address to send news and updates after you confirm your subscription by email. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.
Website analytics
We use GoatCounter, a hosted open-source analytics service, to measure public pageviews, approximate visitors, referring websites, browser types and approximate countries. Your browser connects to GoatCounter, which processes connection data including your IP address to estimate location and visitor counts. This integration does not send form values, contact details, order references, URL fragments or arbitrary query parameters. Analytics does not set cookies.
Cart, checkout and administration pages are excluded. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals. GoatCounter privacy information
